Automatic Process Lines

SFE India supplies automatic surface treatment lines with transporter handling and coordinated process control. Layouts are developed around component size, load, treatment sequence and production requirements.

Process flexibility

Applications include anodising, electroplating, cleaning, etching and phosphating. Rack and barrel configurations are developed to suit the component and the specified treatment.

Automation and control

PLC, HMI and SCADA functions can be configured for recipes, process timing, alarms and production records. The control scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project.
