Manual and semi-automatic process lines offer flexible handling for varied components, batch sizes and treatment sequences. SFE India develops each layout around the operator’s workflow and the available space.

Built around the process

Tank construction, working dimensions, heating, cooling and rinsing are selected for the agreed chemistry and operating conditions. Handling can range from manual transfers to assisted lifting.

Integrated equipment

Extraction, chemical delivery, instrumentation and control panels can be included within the line design. Maintenance access and practical operation are considered from the initial layout.
