Fume Extraction

Fume extraction is planned as part of the process line, with capture arrangements suited to the tanks, operating temperatures, chemistry and handling cycle.

A complete extraction package

• Tank lip ducts and plenum chambers
• Collection ductwork and manifolds
• Scrubbers and recirculation systems
• Extraction fans and exhaust stacks

Coordinated operation

Tank lids, dampers and fan controls can be integrated with the operating sequence. Open-tank and closed-lid conditions are considered when establishing the extraction requirement.

Project-specific engineering

Airflow, pressure losses, construction materials, access and installation arrangements are established for the actual duty. Required environmental performance is defined with the customer before equipment selection.
