Existing Plant Modifications

Changing production requirements do not always require an entirely new line. SFE India reviews existing equipment to identify a practical route to refurbishment or expansion.

Review before redesign

We assess the condition and suitability of process tanks, structural steelwork, transporters, extraction and controls. Reuse is considered where the equipment remains suitable for the revised duty.

• Transporter and handling upgrades
• Control panel, PLC and HMI changes
• Extraction, pipework and utility modifications

Planned implementation

The work sequence, site access, interfaces and shutdown requirements are discussed before installation. The final scope is based on the survey and the customer’s agreed requirements.
